These terms govern your use of the VarunSH gateway. This is a template and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under your account. Keys are shown once at creation and stored only as a secure hash.
You agree not to use the service to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Usage is metered and subject to your plan's quota. Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at signup. Quotas and limits are enforced server-side.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
